Food writing: I am a member of The Guild of Food Writers and I am available for freelance food writing; as a published food writer, I am able to submit high quality work for most editorial deadlines and to fit your brand or client’s specific requirements. Send me your editorial requirements for my consideration.
Bespoke Recipe Development: I am an experienced and creative recipe developer; all my recipes are unique and are tailor-made to fit your company and brand’s identity and specialised requirements. High quality images can be provided to accompany all recipes.
Food Styling and Photography: My first degree was in Graphic Design and Advertising, and I have subsequently attended numerous Food Styling and Food Photography classes and short courses; as well as styling my own recipes on Lavender and Lovage, I have provided my own styled images for several magazines and on-line food websites.
Brand Ambassador: I have worked for several large International companies and organisations as a “Brand Ambassador” and I am happy to represent your brand through a series of published posts, social media engagement, attending press events, videos, public speaking and published “advertorials”.
Speaking, Judging and Conferences: I am a confident public speaker and I am available to speak on a variety of food, travel and food writing related subjects at conferences and press events. I am also an experienced food judge and am happy to judge your cookery contest events, no matter how big or small.
Cookery Demonstrations: As an experienced restaurateur and a cookery school tutor (I run my own bespoke seasonal cookery school in SW France) I am happy to participate in public and private cookery demonstrations as well as related videos.
Pop-Up Restaurants and Supper Clubs: As an experienced restaurateur and cook, I am happy to provide outside services for “pop-up restaurants” and “supper clubs” as well as cater for special events and dinner parties.
