Vanilla and Chocolate:
The We Should Cocoa Round-Up for May
Well, what a wonderful month May was for the chocolate and vanilla We Should Cocoa marriage – we had nearly twenty entries for the month, all of them fit for an chocoholic’s table. The round-up of recipes is shared below and a big thanks to Choclette who allowed me to take over her challenge for the month. The new challenge is now up, and the theme is Cupcakes which is being guest hosted by Kerry. That fits rather nicely into Tea Time Treats, where the theme for June is Muffins, Fairy Cakes and Cupcakes – so why not enter both events this month! Thanks to EACH and EVERYONE of you who entered, sadly I missed the deadline as I was away for most of May, but I’ll be making some cupcakes for June. Karen

I felt awful not entering Choclette, but I was away and it was so hard to fit it in before the 25th, but I WILL make up for it this month! Karen
